As a curator / ambassador, you bring Maison Rubaiyat to life through private showings — from 1-on-1 appointments to intimate Salons Privés. You represent art, not products: you tell the story, guide the experience, and build relationships.

Your role

As a Curator / Ambassador

  • you will host Private Salons: from 1-on-1 appointments to intimate Salons Privés (2–20 people).
  • you will introduce our pieces through storytelling, styling, and experience (no hard selling).
  • you will build relationships and follow up warmly (WhatsApp / email / appointment).
  • you will work independently, but never alone: you make the connections, we provide the Maison.
This is for you if...
  • you love art, luxury, and detail
  • you enjoy working with people (1-on-1 or in small groups)
  • you have a warm network or easily make connections
  • you are reliable: discreet, punctual, well-groomed

Experience in sales or events is a plus, but not required. Taste and presence are.

Formats you can book
  • Private Appointment (1–2 p.) — discreet, personal, fully tailored
  • Small Circle Viewing (3–5 p.) — easy, ideal for a small circle
  • Salon Privé (6–20 p.) — the full experience
Practical
  • Region: Belgium (and selectively beyond)
  • Fluent Dutch. French and English are a plus, not a requirement.
  • Occasional meetings at HQ in Antwerp.
  • Time commitment: flexible — sideline or more intensive
  • You are the face of the House: you deliver the Maison Rubaiyat-level experience.
Do I have to be self-employed already?

You will work with us as a self-employed individual (part-time or full-time). Don't you have that yet? No problem - we will guide you through the start-up process.
